2.2 Rental Duration:
The rental period begins at the scheduled pick-up time and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

2.3 Payment:
All bookings require a valid payment method. You agree to pay all rental fees, taxes, and any additional charges incurred during your rental period.

2.4 Security Deposit:
A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pick-up. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to our inspection.

3. Vehicle Use

Vehicles rented from Drive Davao may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the vehicle for illegal activities, off-road driving, or by unauthorized drivers.

3.2 Maintenance and Repairs:
You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear. Any damages or required repairs will be deducted from your security deposit.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

4.1 Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2 Modification:
Changes to your booking can be made online or by contacting our customer service team. Additional charges may apply depending on the modifications requested.
